Day 1: Airport Marrakech

Our 12-Days Desert Trip from Marrakech​ arrival at Marrakech Menara airport and transfer to the hotel, accommodation with breakfast in Riad.

Day 2: Guided tour of Marrakech

Day 3: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Sekoura – Valley of Roses – Dades Gorges: ( 360 Kilometers)

Day 4: Dades Gorges – Toudra Gorges – Alnif – Oasis Mharech Dakar track: ( 317 Kilometers)

After breakfast we leave the Dades Gorges by road to the desert of Merzouga. Visit the Toudra Gorges, and we continue our way to Alnif where we have lunch, then we continue on track crossing lost villages to reach the Oasis of Mharech, many of these sections are those that are traveled during the Dakar Rally. We will end the day sleeping in a Riad in the middle of nowhere.

Day 5: Mharech – Ramlia Oasis – Ouzina – Merzouga

Departure in the morning from Foum Mharech to Merzouga on the track of the Dakar Rally we will cross more villages lost in the desert, we will cross Ouadis (dry riverbeds), oasis and the dunes of Ouzina. Following the route we will visit the famous village of Khamlia, descendants of the slaves who came from Africa, and you can enjoy their amazing folk music, from Khamlia we will take the road towards Erg Chebbi.

The highest dunes of Morocco, in the afternoon we will climb on camels, 1h30 walking to reach the Jaimas camp located in the middle of nowhere, we stop in the middle of the great dunes of Erg Chebbi to attend the sunset, and spend the night in Jaima in the desert. dinner and overnight in Jaimas camp.

Day 6: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Er-Rachidia – Ziz Gorges – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fez

Wake up early to see the sunrise over the dunes, shower and breakfast, return by camels to the lodge, we will leave the desert towards Rissani. Continuing our journey towards Errachidia passing by Erfoud, our next stop is in the panoramic view of the oasis of Aoufous. Further on, we pass through Errachidia known as the military city, due to its numerous garrisons, we can stop at the Hassan Adakhil dam for photos.

In the continuation to the side of the Ziz Valley, you will enjoy the beautiful scenes of the Ksours and the gorges of the Ziz, you will pass through the Tunnel of the legionnaire (Zaabal). The journey continued through the middle Atlas, you will cross the pass of Tizi N’Talghom (1907m).

Day 7: Fes – Guided Tour of Fes

You will visit the Medersas of Bouanania and the Attarine built in the 14th century by the Merinids, the Karaouine Mosque (The ancient educational center of Islamic teaching), dinner and overnight in Riad.

Day 8: Fes – Chefchaouen – Fes – Fes – Chefchaouen
