8 Days Desert Tours From Tangier to Merzouga
DAY 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen
Arrival by ship or plane at Tangier 8 Days Desert Tours From Tangier to Merzouga, followed by a tour of the city, and then departure to Chefchaouen, a charming little town in the Rif that is adorned in blue hues. Spend the night in the hotel.
DAY 2: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez
After crossing the Rif to witness the Roman ruins at Volubilis, we go to Meknes to view the walls, and at last we reach Fez, an imperial city founded in the eighth century that is home to the venerable “Karaouin” university.
Day 3: Visit Fez
Spend the whole day visiting Fez, the historic, heavily fortified medina, and religious center of ancient Morocco. We’ll go to the Karaouin University, the souk, the madrasa, mosques, squares, neighborhoods, and more. In Riad for dinner and the night.
Day 4 :Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Middle Atlas-Ziz Valley – Merzouga desert
Take off and traverse the Middle Atlas Mountains as well as Ifrane. After seeing the forest’s animals and ancient cedars, we’ll visit the intriguing Ziz Valley. When you go to Merzouga, go camel riding, take in the sunset, and stay the night in a nomadic tent.
Day 5: Merzouga Desert – Rissani – Erfoud Fossils – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Camel ride early to witness the dawn. Go back to Merzouga and take a car to Dades Valley, Erfoud, Todra Gorges, and Rissani. The hotel for dinner and the night.
Day 6: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech
After lunch and a tour of the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, travel to Marrakech via the Ounila Valley and the Tizi Ntichka Mountains. After arriving in Marrakech, visiting Jama Lafna Square. Spend the night in a hotel or riad.
Day 7: Marrakech in full
Seeing Marrakech, going to the Saadi tombs, the Koutoubia Tower, the Bahia Palace, and more. It’s time for the plaza and the souks for lunch and afternoon.
Day 8: Marakech
Departure to airport Marrakech after the last visits or shopping. End of services.
