4 Days – Tour Tangier to Marrakech
Day 1 : Tanger – Chefchaouen – Fes
On your first day of travel4 Days – Tour Tangier to Marrakech, we will meet you at the port or airport and take you by car via Tetoun town and the Rif Mountains, stopping along the way to take in the breathtaking views of the mountains until we reach Chefchaouan, one of the most picturesque communities at the base of the Rif Mountains. Medina We’ll have lunch in Chefchaouen’s Spanish-style plaza, which is flanked by hip shops, roof-top eateries, and arts and crafts stores, before moving on to Fez, where we’ll spend the night in a riad.
Day 2 : Fez – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Gorges – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga
After breakfast, travel over the Middle Atlas Mountains to the south of Ifrane and Azrou. We will make a halt in the cedar trees along the route to witness the Barbarian apes in their native environment. When you reach the town of Errachidia, you will get views of the Middle-Atlas plateau and the terrain shifts to offer clues of the desert. You will go through the Tizi Ntalghamt crossing to Midelt and along the spectacular gorges of the Ziz carved in volcanic rock. We travel to Erfoud, Rissani, and Merzouga via the Ziz Valley after lunch.
We will have a mint tea, drop our bags off in a secure area, and ride a camel to a Berber camp amidst the tallest sand dunes in North Africa, the Erg Chebbi. From the camp, where we will erect Berber tents for our overnight stay in the desert, the camel ride takes around 1.5 hours. The tents are fully furnished with pillows, blankets, and beds. We’ll get together around the fire after supper to listen to the sounds of traditional Berber drumming beneath the stars.
Day 3 : Merzouga – Todra Gorges – The Dades Gorges
We’ll rise early to witness the breathtaking dunes dawn, and then, we’ll ride camels back to the hotel. We will go for Tinghir and Todra Gorges after getting ready and eating breakfast. Eventually, we will reach the Dades Valley, where we will have supper and spend the night.
Day 4 : Dades Gorges – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – High Atlas Mountain – Marrakech
We’ll go to Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate via the Dades Valley after breakfast. There are many of photo possibilities along the route of a thousand kasbahs, which winds through the Dades Valley. After stopping at the town of Skoura and the Valley of Roses, we will go to Ouarzazate, sometimes known as “the Hollywood of Africa.” Lunch is served at Ait Ben Haddou’s renowned Kasbah. Following our visit of this UNESCO World Heritage site, we will travel across the High Atlas Mountains and via the magnificent Tizi Ntichka Pass, which rises to a height of 2260 meters. We’ll pause to see the cooperative that produces argan oil and take in the breath-taking scenery. It will be afternoon when we get to Marrakech.
